Stepped in as CTO at NHS Wales. Rebuilt the technology operation and redesigned digital services used by millions. The savings run rate has held ever since.

Criminal case. 39 casualties. Wrote original data processing software that uncovered facts a 2-year Commission of Inquiry had missed. Helped save an innocent person from life in prison.
