Simulation and geospatial intelligence platforms for NATO and the UK Ministry of Defence. Led engineering at Improbable Defence. Production systems supporting real operations across allied nations.

Expert Witness. Hong Kong High Court
Criminal case. 39 casualties. Wrote original data processing software that uncovered facts a 2-year Commission of Inquiry had missed. Helped save an innocent person from an 8-year prison sentence.

Why does a well-funded national digital body keep failing to deliver? A free, public systems diagnosis and a costed 36-month plan to fix it. Eleven feedback loops, seven system traps, six interventions, 89 primary sources.
