What data we collect
Via the contact form: When you submit an enquiry, we collect your name, email address, company name, and the message you send. This data is processed by Netlify Forms and delivered to us via the Netlify dashboard and email notifications. Netlify's privacy policy applies to the processing of form submissions.
Via the newsletter signup: If you subscribe, we collect your email address, processed by Netlify Forms in the same way. We use it only to send the newsletter you asked for, and you can unsubscribe at any time by replying or contacting us.
Via the agent readiness scorecard: The scorecard runs in your browser and nothing is stored unless you choose to email yourself the results. If you do, we collect your email address, your answers, your scores and the recommendation, processed by Netlify Forms, so we can send you the report and follow up personally. We do not use them for anything else.
Via analytics: This site uses Google Analytics 4 (via gtag.js) and Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand aggregate site usage. Google Analytics sets cookies and collects pseudonymous data including device, browser, IP-derived approximate location, and page interactions. IP addresses are masked by Google before storage. Data is processed in line with Google's privacy policy and is used in aggregate form only. Cloudflare Web Analytics is cookie-less and does not track individuals across sites.
We do not use this data to identify individuals or to target advertising. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on or by using a privacy-blocking browser extension.
Cookies
This site sets the following cookies:
- Google Analytics cookies (
_ga,_ga_*): used to distinguish users and sessions for aggregate analytics. These cookies expire after 2 years (_ga) or 13 months (_ga_*). They contain a pseudonymous identifier, not your name or email. - No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are set by this site.
You can block cookies via your browser settings or by using a privacy-blocking extension. Doing so does not affect your ability to use the site.

- We do not use your data for marketing without your explicit consent

Data retention
Enquiry and assessment data is retained for as long as is necessary to respond to and follow up on your enquiry, and then deleted. Newsletter email addresses are kept until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR and EU GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you. To exercise these rights, contact us via the contact page.
Changes
This policy may be updated from time to time. The current version is always available at this URL.
